2008 Lastings Milledge, Nationals, Marucci model KA29 game used bat

After spending two seasons with the Mets, outfielder Lastings Milledge joined the Washington Nationals for the 2008 season. That year, Milledge had his best season in the majors - playing in 138 games, hitting .268, with 14 home runs and driving in 61 rbi's.
 
This Marucci model KA29 has a March, 18, 2008 date stamp on the handle, indicating that it was ready for use at the beginning of the season. The handle has Milledge's uniform #44 stamped in, as well as other markings. The barrel shows numerous ball marks, cleat marks, and some pine tar residue, and has a cupped end. The handle is wrapped in Milledge's often used tape style, and the handle area has a minor crack indicating why it was taken out of service.

All in all, a nice example of a Milledge Nats bat.
